I have to write an essay for Children's Literature in the next couple of weeks, and I have no idea what to write. The professor is no help at all; he's so confusing about what he wants. All I know is that I have to write 4-5 pages discussing a topic in children's literature.
Any ideas as to what I could write about?

Divorce. There have been many children's book written about divorce. Most dumb it down so much that when lads and lassies read 'em they're even more confused. It's something that most people won't think to do and it just might earn you points with the professor. They love it when you take on the big topics.

That's a wonderful idea, Axle! I'll have to see what I can find in a somewhat limited time frame, but I'm definitely going to check this one out!
