a rave is like a techno concert but it always has a theme and its usually $10 to get in. DJs from around the area come and play their best music to be promoted and whatnot. Alot of people do drugs like acid, ecstasy, and mushrooms there because of the atmosphere. There are lots of strobe lights in a dark warehouse or something like that that flash and go to the beat of the bass. There's really loud techno with typically ground shaking bass. People give something called a light show where they learn to twirl glowsticks and whatnot around so they look really sick, hence why people do hallucinagins when they rave so they have a better trip.
